I&#039;d add to his approach that you can make leaps with your prospects if you engage them in conversation - even through your web copy. Think about sitting down with them, or having a phone conversation, and imagine how that conversation would go. What are their needs, questions, concerns? &#039;Speak&#039; to them; answer them, and your content can come alive.</description>
