Let me know how it goes ending with the question. I think it could really make an interesting impact on the dialogue. They did affinity grouping with the ending questions at IAF, which was very interesting.

		<description>I really appreciate the insight that you have shared here.  I wasn't able to get to this year's IAF conference and this entry reminds me of the richness and depth of learning that happens there. 

I use the visualizer set often and I will definitely incorporate the idea of asking each person to close their narrative with a question.  I think that by capturing these questions, we can use them a measure as we move through the rest of the session.  I imagine that I would group theme around themes that emerge.   I can also use them to help the group see the progress that they are making or remind them of issues/topics that need to be addressed.
