    Hi Christine,
    Very happy to contribute.
    I used VS about a month and 1/2 ago to facilitate a Board Meeting of an new organization for Italian Americans wanting to give back to their local community. The organization is called UNICO and they have just started a Oregon chapter.
    The goal of the meeting was to bring the official members together for the first time; set goals for the Oregon Chapter; Cast a Mission Statement;

    The group was made of 18 people (Business owner and/or independent consultant /professionals/educators….
    The age spanned from 31 to 82.
    VS glued the group together inspite of the age difference and culture (German, Italian, US, Gender…) soon after the icebraker/presentation exercise i facilitated.

    No one had ever hear or seen VS and all loved it. The most recurring comment was how the meeting was much more fun, interesting and productive.

    In 1.5 hours we accomplished all the desired goals and used 3 application of VS with 3 different frames (This is me; small teams desired goals; narrow goals down to 5 and weave a summary statement of what UNICO stands for).

    Film pictures were taken (can you believe i forgot my camera and when the president said, no worries i will bring mine, she showed up with a FILM camera and a point a shoot to boot?). If they can send me a picture i will forward it to you.

    Ciao
